Terms & Conditions
1. There is no fee to join Hope Today Mobile Alerts or to receive messages sent by Hope Today Mobile Alerts except your usual operator messaging fees – this can be checked with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account. Hope Today Mobile Alerts will send out a maximum of 10 messages a month.
2. You can unsubscribe Hope Today Mobile Alerts at any time by replying and texting “STOP”.
3. By subscribing to Hope Today Mobile Alerts, the user consents to receive, from time to time further text messages from Hope Today Magazine, other parties within Parks & Company Inc., and its partners. You will not be charged for receiving these messages except your usual operator messaging fees.
4. Hope Today Mobile Alerts will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
5. We reserve the right to alter charges and/or conditions from time to time on 2 days notice.
6. The service is available on these US carriers only: AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and Cellular One.
